Returns Policy & Procedure

Hopefully you won’t need to return an item, however if you do please follow the guidance below.  If you have any questions please call our customer services team on 0800 069 9555 or e-mail us directly to

Returning goods when changing your mind
Please contact Us at 0800 069 9555 / to arrange for a collection or return and you will be given an authorisation number. 

  1. We will not accept returns unless authorised.
  2. Please note that you must bear the costs of returning Goods.


You may return Goods to Us in person during Our business hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm or you return them by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to the address below:

  1. All returns must be returning in its original condition, packaging and all documentation originally supplied. 


Please note business hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Refunds are subject to all the points above being met, and will be issued within 14 calendar days from when we receive the goods back to us.

My order has arrived damaged
If an item has arrived damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the order and we will arrange for the damaged items to be collected and replaced.

My item is faulty
If the item is faulty and falls within its warranty period (insert link), please contact us on with your order reference number and details of your complaint and  we will then guide you through the returns procedure and issue a returns authorisation number.
Goods should be returned in adequate packing ready for collection.
Please can you include the returns form in the packaging - failure to do so may delay any refund being made.
Once we receive the goods back we will refund the price of the goods and standard postage charges (if applicable) usually within 5 working days. 
Alternatively, you can request a replacement product is sent to you – please let us know which you would prefer when making your complaint.
If the goods are found not to be faulty, a charge may be made for the cost of collecting the goods.
If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago we may offer a repair, or where this is not possible we may replace the item with the same or equivalent model.
